What is clinical hypnosis?

Can I be hypnotized?

99% of people can be hypnotized—it just takes practice. The most important thing to remember is that you are always in control. You decide whether or not you want to be hypnotized, and you choose which behaviors, thoughts, or feelings you want to change.

How long will it take?

Everyone is different—some clients will see results in just 1 or 2 sessions. However, there will be some homework involved. Don’t worry, though—it’s simple and easy to do!
